Terms and conditions

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The user (hereinafter referred to as "the User") acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein prior to utilizing any of Casino du Lac Leamy's facilities or participating in any games.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes hereof, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Casino" means Casino du Lac Leamy.
• "Gaming Activities" means all forms of gaming available at the casino.
• "User" means each person who participates in Gaming Activities or uses the facilities of the casino.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By participating in any Gaming Activity, the User represents and warrants that:

a) They are not prohibited from engaging in gambling activities under any applicable laws;b) They have attained a minimum age as defined by local law for participation in such gaming activities; andc) All information provided to Casino du Lac Leamy is true and accurate.

4. WAGERING LIMITS

The User acknowledges that they may request limits on their wagering activity, which shall be complied with by the casino upon receipt of such request.

5. SELF-EXCLUSION AND TIME OUT PROVISIONS

At any time, the User may choose to self-exclude themselves from accessing or participating in gaming activities at Casino du Lac Leamy for a period specified by them (up to six months) or opt out temporarily for a shorter period (ranging from 24 hours to three days).

6. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

The User acknowledges that they may request limits on deposits and withdrawals, which shall be complied with by the casino upon receipt of such request.

7. GAME FAIRNESS AND RANDOM NUMBER GENERATORS

Casino du Lac Leamy utilizes certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for its games, which have been independently audited to ensure fairness in accordance with international standards and provincial regulations.

8. DATA PROTECTION

The User acknowledges that Casino du Lac Leamy shall store their personal data securely according to applicable laws on protection of personal data.

9. RIGHTS OF CASINO DU LAC LEAMY

Casino du Lac Leamy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without notice or liability:

a) To cancel any participation in Gaming Activities by a User who appears not to comply with the Terms and Conditions;b) To void all bets made by such User; andc) To freeze funds credited to such User's account.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by, interpreted in accordance with, and construed under the laws of Canada.

11. BINDING EFFECT AND AMENDMENTS

By participating in Gaming Activities at Casino du Lac Leamy, each User binds themselves and their heirs to these Terms and Conditions as well as any modifications thereto which may be made from time to time by Casino du Lac Leamy.

12. SEVERABILITY

In the event that one or more of the provisions hereof is declared void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason:

a) The validity, enforceability and legality of all other remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect; andb) A court may reform or modify this provision to make it valid and reasonable.

13. TERMINATION

Without prejudice to its rights at law, the casino reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions upon giving notice to the User.

By participating in Gaming Activities at Casino du Lac Leamy, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and understood all terms and conditions contained herein before commencing your participation in such activities.
